1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley
Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Tabasco sauce
Saute onions, garlic, parsley and oregano in olive oil, 2 minutes. Add bread crumbs, being careful not to burn. Remove from heat. Add clams, including juice. Put into greased clam shells. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Add 1 drop Tabasco. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with lemon wedge.
