Clam Chowder

4 med. potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 c. onions, diced
1/8 tsp. black pepper
To taste seasoning without salt
2 c. boiling water
1 lb. haddock filets, frozen or fresh, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
2 c. skim milk mixed with
6 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Sprinkle paprika


Cook the potatoes, onion and seasoning in two cups boiling water for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add fish and cook 10 minutes more. Stir in milk. Simmer 15 minutes longer. Do not boil. Garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle with paprika. Serve. Serves 6.
