1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 cup chopped onions
1 lb. Crawfish Tails
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Mix ingredients except Crawfish. Blend until moist.
Add Crawfish and stir well. Pour into greased (9x13 inch) baking dish and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes until golden brown.
