Scallops En Casserole

1 lb. Scallops
Butter or margarine
Light cream
Ritz crackers (use lightly salted)


Wash Scallops and place in a baking dish. Crumb 1/2 chute of Ritz crackers; brown cracker crumbs in a generous amount of butter or margarine. Pour cracker crumbs over Scallops and dribble light cream over both. Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes.


Serves 2-3
