Lobster Stew

1 (2 lb.) Lobster
Butter
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Boil Lobster and remove meat. Cut into cubes and fry in plenty of butter until lightly browned. Scald milk; add to Lobster Meat and cook slowly for about 5 minutes. Add cream and bring almost to boil, but do not allow to boil. Add salt and pepper to taste and paprika to heighten color. This dish is even better if it stands for a few hours before you reheat and serve.
