1 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
Sprinkle of garlic powder
1 stick butter or oleo, melted
2/3 cup half & half or (optional - low-fat milk)
Mix crackers and bread crumbs. Bread Scallops and place in a baking dish or pan. Pour melted butter and half and half (or milk) over Scallops. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
