3/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup sherry wine, don't worry if it curdles
Pepper to taste
Marinate Scallops in milk and wine at least 1/2 hour. Crush 1 bag thin potato chips fine, roll Scallops in crushed chips. Lay flat on greased baking dish. Let stand 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
