Oyster Stew

1 pint Oysters
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/8 cup butter
Dash white pepper
Parsley & paprika for garnish


Put Oysters, milk, whipping cream, butter and white pepper in top of a double boiler. When Oysters rise to the top and curl around the edges, they are done. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
