Baked Scallops

2 lb. Scallops
2 eggs, beaten
Melted butter
4 Tbsp. water
Bread crumbs,


Cut into cubes about 3/4 inch in size. Beat eggs and water together. Dip Scallops in eggs, bread crumbs and then melted butter. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 450 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
