Oyster Stew

8 oz. fresh Oysters and liquid
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 pint milk
Pepper to taste


Add Oysters and liquid to melted butter. Boil approximately 3 minutes until edges of Oysters curl up. Add milk and seasonings. Bring almost to the boiling point and serve while hot.
