1 small can Oysters or Salmon
2 Tbsp. margarine
Salt
Pepper
Rinse saucepan in cold water. Put milk in pan and heat over medium heat until almost boiling; stir frequently to keep from scorching. (May need to reduce heat a little.) When hot add Oysters or Salmon and butter, salt and pepper to taste. Let cook about 5 to 8 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. For Oysters, try putting them in a frying pan with the butter and heat them until edges curl before adding to milk.
