10 oz. shelled Oysters, not drained
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
4 cups milk
In 3 quart casserole, melt butter in microwave. Add undrained Oysters. Cook 2 minutes, stir 7 cook another minute. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt and seasoned salt. Pour in milk, cover and cook 5 minutes or until mixture is just below boiling point. Let stand several minutes.
Makes 4 or 5 servings
