Crawfish Dip

1 stick butter
3 bunches green onions, chopped fine
2-3 Tbsp. flour
1 large can stem & pieces (mushrooms)
1 pint sour cream
Parsley
Italian crushed red pepper
1 lb. Crawfish Tails


Saute green onions in butter. When wilted good add 1 pound of Crawfish Tails and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Add flour and mushrooms. Add sour cream and pepper to taste. Cover top of pot with parsley flakes. Remember if preparing ahead of time the longer it sits the hotter it gets, so be careful with the red pepper.
