Barbecued Lobster
4 Baby lobster; (50g each) per serving Olive oil Fresh green pepper
Mash the pepper with the olive oil, add some salt
Cut (one straight belly cut from rostrum to tail) the baby lobster in half
In the mean time prepare you barbecue or your frying pan
Put the lobster in the pan or barbecue (now flat) and gently cook until all the flesh is bright white
