1/2 lb Haricot vert; blanched
2 tb Minced shallots
2 ts Minced garlic
1/2 lb Cooked lobster meat; diced
Parsley
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
In a saute pan, heat the olive oil. Add the haricot vert. Saute for 1
minute. Add the shallots, garlic, lobster meat and parsley. Saute for 2
minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.
