Boston Mock Lobster 1 1/2 Haddock Fillets
1 whole onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs
Butter
Place Haddock in water to cover with whole onion and boil for 20 minutes. Remove onion and skin and drain fish. Heat soup and milk. Place fish in buttered casserole dish. Add mix and season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with plenty of buttered bread crumbs or plain cracker crumbs and several pieces of butter. Bake 30 minutes, 350 F.
