Baked Seafood

2-4 lb. Prawns or Scallops
1/2-1 lemon for lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
12-15 Ritz crackers


For 2 pounds of fish, squeeze juice of lemon and let fish marinate for 20 minutes. Drain.


Mix together mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over fish. Top with crackers. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
