1 tb Cornstarch
2 tb Water
2 tb Oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Stock
2 tb Oyster sauce
Soak dried abalone and cut in 1/8-inch slices.
Blend cornstarch and cold water to a paste.
Heat oil. Stir in salt; then add abalone slices; stir-fry to coat
with oil.
Add stock and oyster sauce and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Then
cover and cook 2 minutes more over medium heat.
Stir in cornstarch paste to thicken and serve.
