3 cloves garlic, crushed
Oil for frying
1 packet pasta granora or any flat noodles
1 packet or 250 g. unshelled Mussels, cooked
1 bowl chicken fillet, thinly sliced
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. light soya sauce
1 tsp. paprika powder
1 tsp. tomato paste
3-4 pieces fresh tomatoes, dilled
2-3 pieces fresh carrots, sliced
1 stalk leeks, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Salt to taste
Bring noodles or pasta to boil in salted water. Once cooked, rinse in cold water; put aside. In a large fry pan or wok, heat oil and fry onions and garlic. Add in sliced chicken fillet, paprika, tomato paste and cook for about 10 minutes. Add in sliced carrots and cook for further 15 minutes or until carrots and meat are tender.
Add in water and salt. Then add in Mussels, green peppers and tomatoes; keep stirring for about 5-10 minutes. Add in cooked noodles and sliced leeks. Mix well and stir until cooked for about 15 minutes.
*NOTE: Finished noodles should be moist
